Job Description

The hiree shall undertake the following tasks:

  • Design presentations
  • Perform general clerical duties such as updating, monitoring, and receiving documents
  • Prepare report
  • Maintain the filing and documentation systems of the office

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Any IT/Communications/Multimedia Arts course
  • Experience: No experience required
  • Other Qualifications:
    • Skill on presentation design is a requirement
    • Must have knowledge on database management
    • Good in oral and written communication
    • Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude
    • Good moral character and work ethics
    • Can work under pressure
