Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads in the screening of interested training applicants
  • Prepares instructional materials
  • Conducts lectures and hands-on training on lessons/modules assigned to him/her
  • Assesses and monitors trainees' performance
  • Prepares and submits the following reports:
    • Enrolment Report
    • Terminal Report
    • Progress Chart
    • Attendance
  • Assists in the monitoring of employment status of graduates of Basic Korean Language and Culture
  • Attends meetings or other events as required
  • Contributes to the management and security of training resources of the Center
  • Conducts inventory of equipment, tools, and materials
  • Acts as member of Job Linkaging and Networking Services (JoLiNS) under Employment Facilitation
  • Performs other related functions as may be required

Minimum Qualifications

  • With teaching background in Korean Language
  • Completed Trainers' Training or Teacher Training
  • College graduate
  • With good interpersonal relationship
