Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Makes and monitors transcriptions of all recorded hearings conducted by the Legal Division;
- Renders assistance to the Hearing Officer in the conduct of the administrative proceedings;
- Organizes and monitors the records or files of all administrative cases being handled by the Legal Division;
- Does legal researches as may be assigned by the Legal Officers; and
- Peforms other duties and functions as may be necessary for the efficient and expeditious conduct of administrative investigation by the Legal Division;
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Legal Management, Law, Paralegal Studies, and other allied courses
- Preferably with relevant training
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Filipino citizen
