Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops, enhances and maintains the 911TESDA website and database as defined by the management;
- Recommends appropriate actions on the development/enhancement of the 911TESDA website; and
- Performs other related functions as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Filipino citizen
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any other relevant degree
- Proficient in Web Application Document using Microsoft C#
- Familiarity with the MVC .NET framework
- Proficient with Microsoft SQL server (Relational Database)
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript and web development frameworks (Bootstrap)
- Experience with Web services and Application Programming Interface (API) development
- With good systems analysis and design skills
- Creative and innovative
- People-oriented and a team player
- Very good in oral and written communication
- Possesses good moral character and work ethics
- Hardworking, patient, and diligent
- Physically and emotionally healthy
