Job Description
As a remote employee, you will be working at the comfort of your home, and you will be assigned to a client of TechMine in Toronto, Canada. You should be available in the graveyard shift (that is day time in Toronto), and will be rendering general virtual assistant tasks to our client's customers speaking both English and French. You may occasionally answer calls, so a good headset and a faster internet connection is required (at least 3Mbps).
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably female with at least 2 years of experience in Customer service.
- Speaks and understands English flawlessly.
- Knows how to:
- Speak French (conversational level).
- Use Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work in the Canadian Eastern Standard Time.
- Has a reliable internet connection and preferably with a backup power source.
- Is always available in Skype and/or Slack during working hours.
