Job Description

  • Chăm sóc khách hàng hiện hữu
  • Tư vấn dịch vụ cho khách hàng mới
  • Thực hiện tiếp thị, bán chéo sản phẩm tại chỗ/qua điện thoại cho khách hàng

Địa điểm làm việc: Hà Nội. TP. Hồ Chí Minh

Minimum Qualifications

  • Có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong lĩnh vực Ngân hàng, Tài chính, Bảo hiểm, Kinh tế…hoặc ở các vị trí tương đương
  • Ngoại ngữ: tiếng Anh (TOEIC từ cấp 2 trở lên) hoặc ngoại ngữ khác với trình độ tương đương
  • Yêu cầu khác: Ngoại hình dễ nhìn.
  • Khả năng tin học: có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các phần mềm VP, tài chính ngân hàng
