Job Description
- Leads the recruitment and memberships team in the conduct of the following key activities:
- Inviting potential database members to sign-up for TWOGIE
- Pre-screening candidates who sign-up for TWOGIE
- Conducting interviews and other assessments of candidates for processing
- Creating profiles for successfully processed database members
- Generating leads from successfully processed database members
- Coordinating with database members for individual requirements
- Providing updates on candidate processing in the company's monitoring system
- Manages own targets in terms of the abovementioned activities
- Ensures that the team meets the required performance targets and prepares the necessary regular reports to monitor performance
- Reviews and unterakes improvements and enhancements to team's processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;

- Strong managerial and leadership skills;
