Job Description
- Creating, updating, and maintaining informations in the database
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Coordinate and organize appointments and meetings
- Assist with event planning and implementation
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- Preferably with experience as office assistant or related field, but not required
- Knowledgeable in using MS Windows applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with good communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Willing to work 9:00am-5:00pm from Mondays to Saturdays
