What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support to the client's B2B customers.
- Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support.
- Perform data analysis to improve customers' advertising experience and ensure higher ROI.
- Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience.
- Completed at least 2 years in college.
- With at least 2 years of cumulative BPO experience handling voice, email, chat, and technical support.
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Who are we looking for?
- Can support multiple concurrencies (email, phone, and chat).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Amenable to working in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts).
