Job Description
- Employee / Labor Relations including but not limited to:
- NTE review and validation;
- conduct of initial investigation and administrative hearing;
- recommendation for the decision (ensuring that the decision is aligned with the company code of conduct);
- DOLE cases handling
- Data Management / Data accuracy
- Performance management
- Employee engagement - improve, propose, implement Employee Engagement activities
- Advisor to the stake holders for all people related issues / concerns.
- Compensation and benefits administration - both statutory and company
- Business Partnering
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Full-Time position(s) available
