Job Description
- Administers employee health and wellness programs.
- Administer Benefit programs include: company and statutory benefits
- Acts as liaison between employee, broker, and government offices and to resolve the benefit related problems and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations.
- Provides administrative support to human resources function including but not limited to (201 filing, leaves conversion, HRIS)
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batangas.
