Job Description
- Lead and direct the HR team to deliver an excellent HR service to the business including managing the day to day HR Operations.
- Policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Making clear communications on the up to date changes to any policies or processess.
- Conduct new hire onboarding for Managers.
- Manage the Company-wide employee engagement.
- Measures of employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement then recommending action items to address those.
- Come up with solutions to people related issues in support for the business.
- Manage priorities between HR operations and projects.
- Deal with complex employee grievance or discipline issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batangas
