Job Description
General Responsibilities:
Manage a variety of campaigns, both new and existing, through the client lifecycle:
- Manage a portfolio of client campaigns successfully.
- Make sure all campaign metrics/SLAs are met and all clients are highly
- satisfied with the teams’ performance.
- Continuously drive “performance enhancement” and “creating real value” initiatives for the client
- Own the communication and reporting of progress on campaigns to the client and throughout TaskUs - operations, sales, recruitment, finance, and accounting.
- Establish strong relationship with Operations and other internal departments.
- Ensure all trials convert to 1-year (or more) contract campaigns and existing contracts are renewed.
- Host clients while visiting our global offices.
- Own the communication and reporting of progress on campaigns to the client and throughout TaskUs - operations, sales, recruitment, finance, and marketing.
Quarterly Goals (25% Weight Each and subject to change)
- Client NPS: > 55% NPS
- Contract Renewal: 100% of client contracts
- Organic Growth: Subject to campaign portfolio
- CSM as Strategic Partner: 8.5 rating
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years experience in a consulting and/or account management role
- International vendor management experience preferred
- Experience managing direct reports ideal
- Experience managing customer care and/or back office operations preferred
- Hands on experience with Process improvement and Project Management
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, Salesforce, and Quantitative modeling
- Interest in how new technologies and businesses are changing the face of work
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
- Driven to self-improve and extend spheres of knowledge and influence
- Practical and action oriented
