Job Description
- Responsible for managing a team of experienced project managers dedicated to the successful delivery of projects.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and are achieving the required benefits.
- Delivers PM services for BPO Internal and Client Facing Operations Optimization including TaskUs and 3rd party applications.
- Manages complex business change programs
- Applies functional business best practices to transform business processes
- Designs and drives change to restructure and transform organizations and achieves business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder preferably
- 7+ years total work experience, 3+ years management experience
- Experience running concurrent projects with sub-projects
- Experience with construction management an advantage
- Strong knowledge and experience in BPO operations is a plus
- With previous experience as a Process Consultant in a BPO, with customer-facing experience
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and driving deliverables
- Experience leading an autonomous stream within a large program, and potentially responsible for leading and overseeing resources in a matrix environment (matrix could contain one or more resources)
- Experience in identifying sales leads and opportunities resulting in revenue growth
- Professional certification is an advantage (PMP, SSBB, COPC, etc.)
