Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • Manage client relationships to ensure campaign success and growth with TaskUs

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a variety of campaigns, both new and existing, through the client lifecycle:

  • Manage a portfolio of client campaigns successfully
  • Make sure all campaign metrics/SLAs are met and all clients are highly satisfied with the teams’ performance
  • Continuously drive “performance enhancement” and “creating real value” initiatives for the client
  • Own the communication and reporting of progress on campaigns to the client and throughout TaskUs - operations, sales, recruitment, finance, and accounting
  • Establish strong relationship with Operations and other internal departments
  • Ensure all trials convert to 1-year (or more) contract campaigns and existing contracts are renewed
  • Host clients while visiting our global offices
  • Own the communication and reporting of progress on campaigns to the client and throughout TaskUs - operations, sales, recruitment, finance, and marketing

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-7 years experience in a consulting and/or account management role
  • International vendor management experience preferred
  • Experience managing direct reports idealExperience managing customer care and/or back office operations preferred
  • Hands on experience with Process improvement and Project Management
