Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent.

- Vertically report to Recruitment Specialist/Supervisor for daily tasks
- Administratively report to Recruitment Manager
- Complete adhoc project that will help improvement on the process and/or organization
