Job Description
A First Impression Ambassador is tasked to regulate, maintain, and assist in administering the activities of existing clients, prospective clients, executives, and employees.
- In-charge of ensuring a steady and smooth flow of transmittals and office supplies per site.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports to track pending office supplies requisitions and consumption reports.
- Ensure our employees’ safety.
- Coordinate Shuttle service logs and trips.
- In-charge for Executive meetings set-up together with the POCs of the department (i.e. EA).
- Replenishing E.L.O refreshment items, such as beverages and snacks.
- Executive Logistics Officer will need to help his/her supervisor booking travels and hotels.
- Submit and reconcile expense report.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication and presentation skills.
