Job Description
- Handles treasury function in areas of check preparation, fund management, uploading of payroll file using bank’s payroll program, bank transactions (Inward Remittances monitoring and Conversion, ADB Monitoring USD and Peso Account).
- Recording of Accruals- fixed assets, liabilities , prepaid expenses, maintain AP/AR Ledgers.
- Reviews daily recording and processing of transactions.
- Monitors Cash advances and its liquidations.
- Coordinates with business partners on a payment request & funding.
- Prepares BIR payment and files reports ( Monthly and quarterly);
- 1601 C w/tax compensation (every 10th of the month)
- 1601 E w/tax expanded (every 10th of the month)
- 2550M Vat (every 20th of the month)
- 2550Q Vat (every 25th of the following month of the qtr period)
- BIR Relief (Sales and Purchases Report) VAT (every 25th of the following month of the qtr period) – Dat. File format
- 1702Q – quarter Income tax report (filing 60 days after the end of the qtr period)
- Computation of employees Annual W/tax and expanded tax ( end of year).
- Directly works and secures permits, licenses and other Transactions (Municipal Hall, BIR, Fire and Municipal Health Office).
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
