Job Description
- Employee/ Labor Relations including but not limited to: NTE review and validation; conduct of initial investigation and administrative hearing; recommendation for the decision (ensuring that the decision is aligned with the company code of conduct); DOLE cases handling.
- Data Management/ Data accuracy.
- Performance management.
- Employee engagement - improve, propose, implement Employee Engagement activities.
- Advisor to the stake holders for all people related issues / concerns.
- Compensation and benefits administration - both statutory and company.
- Business Partnering.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
