Job Description
- All eyes on the queue. He/she monitors the queue’s level performance and variance to forecast in real time. Is a detective of sorts. He/she can detect the presence of significant variations, even the slightest ones, from forecast to Operations and WFM Management.
- The brave soul responsible for reporting significant forecast variations to Operations and WFM Management in a proactive and urgent manner.
- A Plan B thinker when there are variations from forecast and real time schedule exception requests. Monitors agent level schedule adherence.
- A sharpshooter. Can meet the target even when standing on rocky grounds (aka when things don’t go accordingly to plan).
- Compiles and submits intraday reports with accuracy and timeliness as well as proactive recommendations for actions.
- The God of Employee Schedules. Meaning, you are always in the know of teammates’ schedules.
- A friend to all, especially to the WFM Real Time Supervisor, Operations Management, Team Leaders, and other WFM staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
