Job Description
- Coordinate recruitment, training and retention of existing and future Agents in designated area
- Conduct field activiiies and meet specified target number of Agents to recruit to the Network;
- Develop a good networking relationship with all Agents to ensure consistent performance and recuits,
- Regularly coach and assist Agents on strategies in attaining target transaction volumes,
- Organize training and marketing events for incoming and erisiing Agent networks,
- Seek out and report on agent feedback on the system, environment, and customers,
- Manage ail aspects of prinied promotional materials production (brochures, banners, etc ), receipt, display and distribution in the designated areas;
- Resolve any occurring problem with Agents;
- Follow up on daily, weekly and monthly reports of all activities;
- Compile and update regular reports about market developments;
- Forecast long and shorlrange market potential in the designated area;
- Manage your aciivities within the agreed budget
Minimum Qualifications
- Applicant must has experience with Sales and Marketing. Knowledge with e-commerce is a plus,
- Can plan activities necessary for sales growth
- Has knowledge in conducting training
- Results oriented and go-getter
- Has good oral communication skills and has an energetic personality
- Willing to be assigned to different areas of Metro Manila and Davao City
