We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Job Overview:

To provide first line support to Tapp customers in the Sales and Operations Team as a part of Service Delivery, deliver general administrative support to the Sales Department. Assist with offline marketing and promotion campaigns. Handle quality assurance for physical products.

You will:

  • Keep abreast of new company products and services and the process that goes with delivering the products to end-customers (both for digital goods and physical goods).
  • Assist with offline marketing promotions and campaigns.
  • Handle quality assurance for physical products.
  • Carry out communication plan/s for new products, services, updates and relevant information to Tapp agents and customers.
  • Respond to incoming service requests in accordance with priorities and agreed service levels.
  • Coordinate with the Dev Team or Suppliers to investigate customers’ problems and to resolve complaints and order issues in a timely manner.
  • Oversee product exchanges and returns.
  • Issue refunds to customers.
  • Monitor Tapp Wallet levels.
  • Analyze data and statistics and convert them to reports/action plans.
  • Work with management on customer service initiatives to strengthen customer support processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Your survival toolkit includes:

  • Sufficient experience working in a service delivery role;
  • Strong MS Excel skills;
  • Problem-solving skills including root cause analysis;
  • Good organizational and time management skills;
  • Commitment to delivering a high standard of work;
  • Professional and confident telephone manner;
  • Leadership skills
