Job Description
- Designing and organizing Tani Group's events (external & internal);
- Creating and managing Tani Group's yearly event calendar & budget;
- Develop, manage, and execute all relevant event processes;
- Manage both pre-event and post-event action items;
- Making negotiations with the event partners for longterm cooperation;
- Build strong communications with vendors, employees, and superiors associated with event planning & execution;
- Coordinate with internal & external business partners in event planning and executing;
- Work in tandem with Marketing & PR team members (and other teams) in event planning & execution;
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business, or project management preferred, certification in Event Planning is a plus;
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience with email marketing tools is a plus;
- Strong project management and organizational skills;
- Strong creative problem solving skills;
- Excellent language skills in Bahasa and English;
- Extraordinary attention to detail;
- Excellent event planning & execution skills;
- Ability to maintain positive & optimist attitude;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed;
- Working knowledge of MS Office
