Job Description
- Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
- Supporting the HR team with recruitment and talent management activities.
- Developing incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs.
- Managing regular operations related to compensation and benefits activities.
- Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.
- Work closely with legal and finance on proper procedures, paperwork and other administrative manner, including executing and coordinating monthly payroll and other monetary transfers.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a compensation and benefits manager or in a related role.
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation (pph 21, BPJS, tax related)
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
