Job Description
- Coordinating the respondent recruitment, scheduling, data taking, and post-project activities.
- Build a relationship with users (research respondents) and create a database to support each research project.
- Coordinate with the business and marketing team to make sure the deployment of research projects, especially surveys align with the timeline.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and research teams to identify important research questions.
- You will be supervised to help UX Researchers generate research insights, creative recommendations, and storytelling presentations that can drive design improvements and product roadmaps.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from any field.
- Having a curiosity to empathize with users and a passion for improving people’s lives is a - must.
- Having high initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Having a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Passion for managerial and administrative work. You have the high enthusiasm to plan and execute a coordinating task.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written).
