What You Will Do:
- Drive the growth of TaniHub’s B2B business (targeting HORECA, Modern Trade, SME, and other channels/segments) by establishing and continuously upgrading a world-class, always-on training program for the entire salesforce (commercial team) to enable the team to accelerate sales growth via more effective and efficient new customer acquisition, customer retention, average transaction value and order frequency.
- Develop detailed and actionable training materials and conduct practical training sessions for the entire salesforce nationally, and over time, build a scalable train-the-trainers model and a culture of always-on training by every salesforce leader.
- Compile and refine best practices from internal operations and insights “on the ground”, combining with external benchmarks to regularly enhance and update the training program and materials.
Minimum Qualifications
Must-Have
- Have at least 2 years of full-time experience in leading/driving training programs for B2B Field Sales personnel in Indonesia, including specific training to develop selling skills and strategy as well as sales tactics.
- Have experience developing the training materials and conducting training for more than 50 people in one session.
- Have experience measuring impact of training, both direct and indirect, both qualitatively and quantitatively, to improve the training programs and materials.
- Possess strong communication skills, a bias for action (getting-things-done-quickly mindset), and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with different types of people.
Bonus points
- Have full-time experience in B2B Field Sales role.
- Have experience with Fresh Produce and/or Groceries category.
- Have worked at top-tier Technology companies or Startups.
