What You Will Do:
- Lead the marketing division – comprising brand & product marketing, performance marketing, content & community marketing, offline marketing, and creative production – to build winning brands and support business hyper-growth.
- Define the Brand Strategy and Marketing Mix with the senior leadership team.
- Build the marketing roadmap and develop winning marketing campaigns.
- Drive marketing team to continuously optimize execution through rapid iteration and continuous experimentation.
- Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team (with Growth, Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc).
- Manage marketing budget, people budget and other expenditures to achieve OKRs/KPIs effectively and efficiently.
- Build the marketing organization to be world-class and nurture future leaders and marketing experts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Have at least 6 years of full-time experience in brand management / brand development / brand building / marketing roles in Indonesia
- Have managed at least 3 full-time, direct reports in brand management / brand development / brand building / marketing teams.
- Have proven track record of playing a key role in driving business growth through marketing / brand management efforts – driving new customer acquisition, improving customer retention, increasing sales, or growing market share.
- Have led a brand/marketing team that comprises of at least 5 personnel.
- Bonus points
- Have worked in client-side teams at large multinational FMCG / consumer products / Offline Retail companies.
- Have experience managing creative talents (e.g., graphic designers, videographers, video-editors, animators, photographers, etc.)
- Have experience with the Fresh Produce and/or Groceries category.
- Have worked at top-tier Technology companies or Startups.
- Have experience in top-tier Management Consulting firms.
- Have experience in the e-commerce (B2C and/or B2B) sector.
