What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end process for multiple types of research projects (qualitative & quantitative), from planning to execution to analysis and reporting to various stakeholders (C-levels, cross-functional teams).
- Design & continuously improve the processes, workflows, and standards to ultimately build a best-practice research guideline.
- Build, grow and coach a team of researchers to support various business units and teams in the organization.
- Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team (with Growth, Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc) to ultimately deliver winning insights and foresights to help achieve the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Manage research budget, people budget and other expenditures effectively and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
Who will be suitable for this role:
- Must-Have
- Have at least 3 years of full-time experience in consumer research / customer research / market research for the Indonesian market
- Have managed at least 2 full-time, direct reports in a research team.
- Comfortable with being hands-on in performing quantitative analysis using software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), preparing insightful reports for, and presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
- Have experience in both Qualitative and Quantitative research.
- Bonus points
- Have experience conducting research for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Have experience directly conducting intermediate to advanced statistical analysis (multiple-regression, Multicollinearity Test, etc) using statistical software like SPSS, R, etc.
- Have worked in large multinational FMCG / consumer products companies.
- Have experience in the e-commerce (B2C and/or B2B) sector.
- Have experience with the Groceries / Fresh Produce category.
- Have worked at top-tier Technology companies or Startups.
