Brand & Product Marketing Manager

What You Will Do:

• Craft the Brand Strategy and Marketing Mix with the senior leadership team.
• Build the marketing roadmap and develop winning marketing campaigns.
• Lead & scale up the implementation of the various marketing campaigns plans in an end-to-end manner (plan, execute, monitor, report, refine).
• Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team (with Growth, Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc).
• Lead a diverse team of creative specialists, social media specialists, copywriters, and brand activation specialists to deliver breakthrough creative output with compelling communication points that drive key branding, engagement, and business metrics.
• Manage marketing budget, people budget and other expenditures to achieve OKRs/KPIs effectively and efficiently.

Who will be suitable for this role:

• Must-Have
  • Have at least 5 years of full-time experience in brand management and/or product marketing in Indonesia
  • Have managed at least 2 full-time, direct reports in brand management and/or product marketing team(s)
• Bonus points
  • Have worked in large multinational FMCG / consumer products companies.
  • Have experience in the e-commerce (B2C and/or B2B) sector.
  • Have experience with the Groceries category.
  • Have worked at top-tier Technology companies or Startups.
