- Do the hard-selling to clients, doing the canvassing to clients.
- Monitor and analyze the competitor and prices at Market.
- Build good working relationships with clients, understand the needs of clients.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Present the product and service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients & Generating leads
- Can determine pricing for producst and familiar with the area
- Candidate should be living in the Area (Jakarta/Banten/Medan/Ambon) and has knowledge about potential channel in the Area
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience in sales especially in Fresh Product / FMCG fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
- Active , High initiative and good teamwork
