Job Description
- Initiate and develop acquisition online channels B2B and B2C segments
- Orchestrate successful end to end marketing campaigns and partnership as well as own the preparation, execution, and analyze overall performance and iterate quickly to maximize growth
- Initiate the effort and coordinate the growth plan and implementation initiatives regularly across stakeholders, includes marketing, tech, supply, and operations team
- Come up with ideas, experiment and drive them to meaningful results or learn from failures to create the next big idea.
- Ensure strict adherence to project / launch timelines and ensure project / launch visibility to the company leadership
- Create partnership and campaign proposal, tracker, and reports to analyze and present data performance that associated with the goals
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university majoring in Management, Business, Economics or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related industries
- Strong business acumen and have an end to end the problem-solving mindset that can work in increments and exponent
- Experience in working with multiple business stakeholders and acting as key partner in teams
- A real passion for innovation and a willingness to constantly challenge the status quo
- Have a good verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa)
- Minimum Education should be from Bachelor degree, majoring in Business, Management, Economics or equivalent experience
