Job Description
- Managing the execution of digital ads campaign to deliver meaningful conversion and acquisition for the e-commerce business
- In charge of effective deployment of budget and justifying ROI
- Combining strategic digital planning with creative ideas to create memorable and effective campaign
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ Years of relevant experience handling digital ads campaigns
- Good network of marketing agencies and vendors
- Experience in leading a team
- Ability to guide and manage team to deliver the best results with optimum budget
- Creativity, problem solving
- Able to take initiative and work with tight timelines
- Good communication skills
- Good leadership and team-work skills
We are looking for an experienced Marketing enthusiast who are up for the challenge of growing Indonesia's leading agritech company and take it to the next level. An ideal candidate should have experience in growth marketing and performance marketing, where they manage to deliver business results through effective digital campaigns. Their main challenge would be to drive user acquisition and increase transaction on TaniHub's e-commerce platform. The experience may be from agency side or from client side as part of an in-house Marketing team.
Prior experience in e-commerce / FNB related industries or Digital Agency is a plus, but everyone is welcome to apply.
