Job Description
- Review budget request and allocate the proposed budget properly to the budget source code
- Identify whether budget proposals and realizations have tax implications
- Ensure that all approved budget forms and budget realizations are recorded properly in budget control working paper
- Prepare report of the variances between actual and budgeted results on monthly basis
- Ensure monthly and annual tax payments and reports are completed before the due date
- Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns, tax reconciliation and equalization
- Maintain tax filling and documentation properly
- Evaluate and recommend changes in controls, systems and procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Having Brevet A & B certificate is a plus
- Good understanding of tax laws and regulation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of E-SPT, E-Faktur, E-Billing, and E-Filling
- Strong computer skills, including Accounting databases, Excel and other software
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
