Agent Acquisition Specialist (Sales Trainer) Surabaya Area

Job Description

  • Conduct field training for sales network, including pre and post test to ensure compliance / understanding on process, procedures, regulation
  • On-board and train new and current Patriot Agent
  • Determines training needs by working closely with sales representatives in the respective region
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Good team management and leadership
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently living at Bandung
  • Age Max. 30 yo
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working within the scope of sales, sales training, learning and development, corporate training, financial and insurance training.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, esp Microsoft Excel & Power Point Excellent soft skills in problem solving and interaction with various parties
  • Tech savvy and have good public speaking skills
