Job Description

  • To Handle the B2B offline sales, do the hard-selling sales
  • To Achieve the monthly sales target
  • To Maintain the team and make sure they achive the target as well
  • To Create creative strategies to booze the sales achievement
  • To develop sales team/subordinates
  • To maintain the merchants and make sure they re-order to increase sales

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 Years of experience in offline sales position at Bali Area
  • Has passion to work as sales and work at field
  • Proven history of creating effective offline sales programs
  • Experience in managing sales target
  • Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
  • Desire to work in a fast pace, start-up environment
  • Has experience to handle team / subordinate
  • Great communication skills using Bahasa, English, and another language is an advantage.
