Job Description
Handling and controlling finance in 3 aspects:
1. Account Receivable:
- Leading the sales recognition process
- Controlling AR aging and collection process
- Managing Collection Bank Account
2. Inventory:
- Controlling goods movements (buy, sell, save, dispose)
- Implementing the inventory value calculation method
- Make sure inventory booking reconcile with actual goods
3. Fixed asset:
- Maintaining company fix asset value and depreciation calculation method
- Conducting company asset stock checking
- Fixed asset planning & budgeting and impairment
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree graduated from reputable university
- Has experience to handle AR and inventory and Accounting
- Has Good understanding about SCM
- Audit background is preferable
- Has experience as Manager of Finance/ in finance field for Min. 7 years
- Able to lead team and have a good skill of leadership
- Has experience in Finance in ecommerce company will be an advantage
- Has experience to operate finance related system (SAP, SMD) will be an advantage
- Able to join immediately
