Job Description
- Receive invoice and supported documents for payment from account payable
- Input the Invoice to internal finance listings or database
- Discuss with the VP and Finance Manager for invoice payment approval
- Daily inform the balance of all bank account to VP and Manager
- Check on landers request regarding wallet money withdrawal (TaniFund) and transfer the money to the bank account
- Input the report regarding wallet withdrawal to database
- Create the payment journals for TaniHub and TaniFund
- Reconcile financial data with banks data
- Manage in and out cash flow
- Ensure the funds in the bank are sufficient for invoice payment
- Maintain good relationships with bank
- To fine potential vintage to support our funding
- Maintain and make sure the treasury activities are base on finance regulations and procedure
Minimum Qualifications
- Detail oriented
- Strong treasury background
- Has knowledge of capital markets, accounting, finance and tax
- Has knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
- Has knowledge of appropriate accounting software
- Have Leadership skills, Negotiation skills, Presentation skills, Strategic planning, Verbal communication skills, Written communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in treasury
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Has understanding in finance process
