Job Description
- Check and make sure the record process for breakage (products that cannot be sold) and shrinkage (rotten products) product runs well.
- Make sure that warehouse has proper record regarding free goods (free items from suppliers) in bound and out bound
- Create a weekly report regarding breakage, shrinkage, and free goods
- Ensure the quality of our product is good and make sure a our driver gets receive and exact information of accept and rejected product from customers
- Make sure and check regularly stock data in SMD system is the same with the stock in the warehouse
- Prepare SOPs and regulation for inbound and outbound process in the warehouse
- Create and Updating inventory data on the data base
- Do the stock opname in the warehouse regularly
- Create excel spreadsheets to upload and download inventory information from other software programs.
- Create inventory report
- Initiate investigations if the inventory data in the system didn’t match with actual stocks
- Create inventory report monthly for management and auditor
- Implement inventory management strategies to ensure that company objectives are met in the areas of safety, productivity, quality, customer service, cost and profitability
- Continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management process and information flow
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to operate Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
- Fluent in English
- Extensive warehouse management (WMS) experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in GMP’s and Standard operating procedures, methods and reporting as required
- Strong working knowledge of a warehouse management system
- Exceptional problem solving, math skills and computer skills
- Excellent skills in multi-tasking and proactive thinking
- All major
- 2+ years experience in warehouse and inventory fields
- Preferable from retail companies
- Has experience to create SOP
- Has experience in audit fields
- Min. (S1) Bachelor’s Degree graduated
