Creative & Brand Manager


Job Description


• Identify creative objectives, initiate data driven creative exercise and give consistent
support to departments in need
• Drive, manage, motivate, effectively brief and delegate creative task to person in charge for all department and channels of communication
• Constantly building, reshape and evaluate creative work flow and create and implement creative project management system
• Inspire, guide, motivate and evaluate quality of creative output, and the performance of each creative member’s end to end creative process
• Troubleshooting and Ad hoc Support for creative execution
• Maintain excellent Internal and External Communication within and between departments


  • Identify branding strategy, initiate data driven branding exercise (setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term)
  • Effectively communicate the vision, mission & core values of the company internally as well as externally
  • Drive, manage, motivate and delegate branding activities for all department and channels
  • Constantly building, guard and evaluate TaniGroup’s brand in general and TaniHub,
  • TaniFund, sub brands and future titles in specific.
  • Maintain, Inspire, guide, motivate and evaluate quality of end to end corporate


  • Intra personal communication within and between departments
  • Commercial & Marketing direction of strategy
  • Troubleshooting and crisis management
  • Improve brand equities and credibility by ensuring holistic customer experience in all levels accordingly (end users – in apps - UI/UX and advertising experiences, farmers, SME owners, general traders, business owner, government entities, potential corporations and all other organizations)
  • Assisting with brand development, as well as developing potential business & partner ships expansion

Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced understanding of all brand & creative tools and knowledge
  • Strong sketches and illustration skill for brainstorming and briefs is necessary
  • Ability to navigate creative thinking session (conceptualizing, research & idea
  • development, execution’s direction)
  • Developing creative standards & productivity
  • Leadership & attitude
  • Communication skill inter & extra personal
  • Strong project and time management skill under pressure
