Job Description
- Providing legal opinion to internal management
- Seeking and providing legal information related to internal policy and procedures
- Assistance of legal issues to the internal management
- Responsible for corporate legal matters including preparing, drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating any company's agreement/contract/MOU
- Create, recheck, revise, and provide advice over the contents of a cooperation agreement between the company and other parties from the legal side.
- Handling any necessary action and/or document if receive complain related with Legal matter in order to resolve the complain related with legal issue
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent.
- At least 2/3 year(s) of working experience in related field
- Experience in legal drafting, contract negotiation and corporate matters
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of the team
- Personal credibility, integrity and high moral standards
- Strong problem solving skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills coupled with the ability to liaise with people internationally, through spoken and written channels and at all levels
- Detail oriented, well-organized, concern for quality
