Job Description
- Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complains.
- Receives customer request and requires necessary information.
- Analyzes customer request and provides necessary information.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably technical in nature.
- Computer literate in windows-based applications with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
- With professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type atleast 30 words per minute.
