Lead Generation Associate

The role

Tanda may be small but were a fast-paced and fast-growing company. We make sure that we cultivate everyone's talent and maximize everyone’s potential, these are the things you’ll be working on:

• Thoroughly research and gather relevant information and identify high-quality business opportunities.
• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of marketing qualified leads (MQL) per industry.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on Marketing Qualified Leads
• Work with the sales team and marketing team to build strategies on how to increase leads.

The person

To be successful in this role, you must be someone who loves winning. You must have the foresight and vision to develop. You must be self-motivated and love materializing the brighter side of things. We’re not so particular on what program you came from, what matters is what you’re interested and passionate about.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• With a strong sense of responsibility.
• Confident, friendly and cheerful.
