Job Description
The Accounting Admin Assistant will provide administrative support to the Finance Team
- Maintaining financial databases and spreadsheets
- Monitoring of invoices
- Assist in handling monthly organizational payroll remittances and reports
- Managing petty cash transactions and custodianship
- Responsible for check disbursement
- Recording the day to day financial transactions and completion of the posting process
Minimum Qualifications
- A degree in accounting or in any relevant field
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Top notch ability to handle time pressure
- Excellent communication skills
