Job Description
- Provide the best level of support to customers to ensure customer happiness and retention.
- Build confidence in customers about the product value, especially when first learning about Tanda.
- Assist in setting up customer accounts and provide specific product information and solutions.
- Coordinate with the department concerned in tracking and resolving technical issues.
- Extensive product training will be provided.
Minimum Qualifications
- A college graduate; recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- With a strong sense of responsibility
- Confident, friendly and cheerful
- Willing to be in rotating shifts
