Illustrator  

Tanda is an Australian headquartered workforce management software company with offices in Europe, the United Kingdom, and the USA. We are growing at 100%+ per year and we're ready to turbocharge our brand presence with the addition of a gun illustrator.

Our global hub in Manila is growing, and we're building out our marketing capabilities in all areas. We're looking for an exceptional illustrator who is able to value-add to our brand by creating outstanding designs that reflect who we are and where we're going.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

• Capability to create flat design style illustrations and free hand illustrations
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Affinity Designer
• Hyper creativity
• Proven initiative and ambition in previous design work (you'll need to show us examples of where you have created something from nothing)
• An ability to work with little or no supervision
• An ability to get stuff done quickly
• A winning attitude and ability to grasp our slightly deranged sense of humour!
• Proven skills in animation a plus, but not required

Ideally, you will be graduate or early career professional looking to make the leap to a role with lots of freedom and responsibility. We are looking for the hungry, not the proven.
