Job Description
- Monitor of accounts payable and receivables and reconcile them in Xero
- Daily reconciliation of bank and company accounts and handle daily receipts and monthly revenue reports
- Assist is preparation of monthly reports - SaaS metrics, GST recording and reporting, sales taxes
- Lodge a Business Activity Statement which details the total monies collected from customers with GST and the total expended on payments;
- Handle client inquiries regarding their accounts, invoices and other billing issues
- Issue refunds and credit notes to customers when necessary;
- Regularly monitor accounts receivables and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
Minimum Qualifications
- With finance and accounting background
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Can work independently
- Good decision-making
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with Australian accounting and Xero background
