The need for Customer Success experience will grow rapidly in the next few years as more businesses move to subscription software models. - Build confidence in customers about the product value, especially when first learning about Tanda.
- Provide the best level of support to customers to ensure customer happiness and retention.
- Assist in setting up customer accounts and provide specific product information and solutions.
- Coordinate with the department concerned in tracking and resolving technical issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Work experience is a bonus but not required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- With a strong sense of responsibility.
- Confident, friendly and cheerful.
