Job Description
- Recruiting up to 20 top performers in the next year
- Identifying and recruiting new talent in Manila across all disciplines
- Build our employer brand in the Philippine market
- Make sure our office in Manila is the funnest possible workplace
- Documenting current process and ensuring round-the-clock service delivery and maintains exceptionally high standard as we grow
- Curate global training documentation to make sure that all global hires receive consistent high-quality product and culture training
- Performance manage operational staff in Manila office on multiple shifts
- Support us in expanding our hours on a multi-shift arrangement as we grow.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of Human Resources/People Operations experience
- Excellent English communication skills
