Job Description
- Main responsibility is to supervise and coordinate multiple projects between data team and recruitment operations with focus on QUALITY and SERVICE DELIVERY.
- Consistently provide guidance on Client’s requirements and specifications to ensure project "Delivery in Full, on Time, in Spec."
- Coordinate and supervise project workflow according to project specifications, in collaboration with senior recruitment, sales and data team.
- Perform a thorough review of delivery files before submission to the client, specifically:
- Adherence to standardize format
- Adherence to client / project specifications
- Provide root-cause analysis on project delivery issues
- Creates detailed QA process to include scheduled review of current Data and operations
- Works closely with the Learning and Development manager and recommend training based on QA reviews
- Provides the link between operations team and client; solicit client feedback, CSAT
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business & Management or any other related discipline
- 2-3 years of experience in Project Coordination / Management
- 2-3 years of experience in QA, continuous improvement
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Project Management, Collaboration tools
- Demonstrates good analytical and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively; excellent command of English communication both verbal and written skills are required
- Dependable, ability to work under minimum supervision under a fast-paced working environment
- Willing to work in BGC-Taguig
- Flexible and willing to work on a shifting schedule
