- Prioritising the needs of our clients in barbershop.
- Liaising with other branches.
- Adhere to store policies and values.
- Giving information and helping to solve customer problems.
- Selling products and taking orders.
- Arranging services for customers.
- Liaising with suppliers for in-store needs.
- Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
- Taking payments by cash, cheque or credit card.
- Making sure that the customer's experience is a positive one!
Minimum Qualifications
- You must possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people
- You must possess a friendly personality to be easily approachable by all persons
- You should have a fair knowledge of IT, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word; ability to find your way around the computer system and other related gadgets
- A previous experience of working in a related field, or dealing with people whether face-to-face or over the telephone, or by email will give you an edge
- Possession of basic math skills to be able to perform simple calculations on the spot
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to maintain positive disposition and be effective at work even when under pressure
- Possession of administration skills
- Possession of a polite, thoughtful and friendly attitude
- Ability to meet up with given deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and still work effectively

Welcome to Talas Manileño Barbershop. Established in Manila, Philippines our philosophy is based on the reinvention and celebration of the Filipino gentleman. We salute and cheer on the men who start the day eating daing ng nagkakamay before the morning tricycle commute and wholeheartedly embrace the dirt-stained wheels of a custom built cafe racer. We enjoy the deep thrum of a Shelby GT500 but are most endeared to the famous Filipino jeepney. We spend endless days in our tropical waters perfecting the grace of a hang ten and have the five o'clock shadows to prove it. We wear weathered denim and leather boots that proudly reveal past adventures embarked on.
We want to empower and strengthen the Filipino man (and women) and share our magnificent history-rich culture and subcultures with the rest of the world. Not vice versa. We're looking for inspired, dedicated, enthusiastic, hard-working individuals who can offer their skills and attributes to a start-up barbershop dedicated to the pinoy.
